The Girl Named Pariah - 4I woke up the next day, knowing well what I would face. A wave, an attack, a bombardment of hatred, mockery, and laughter. I brushed my hair and wrapped my scarf around my neck, not even bothering to change out of my dress. Hurly hadn't asked for his hoodie back... I pulled it on and zipped it up. It had lost its familiar pizza smell and now reeked of cigarettes as my house did. I grabbed my bag and ran out the door, down the street to my bus stop. I got there before they closed the door and quickly sat down in the first empty row I saw. Better to sit down and hide as soon as possible, also, the more troublesome kids sat in the back.
